Detail product Description:
1. The vacuum glass lifter is for handling the glass sheet.
2. Voltage: Pump: 12V DC from rechargeable battery
Battery charger: 110V/240V 50HZ/60HZ, Single phase factory selectable
3. Glass lifter max. carrying capacity up to 800kg.( a safety factor 4.0 include)
4. The vacuum pump, valve, switch and some important spare parts we are import from oversea.
5. Stable performance, Easy to maintain, Efficient, safe, quick, easy.
6. The material of suction pad is NBR (oil resistance,skid resistance, corrosion resistance) , Be able to effectively and steel vacuum suction and produce vacuum.
6. The suction pad can be adjustable, can be turned off and open individuallly.
7. The vacuum lifter is equipped with a buzzer and warning light units, in case of a power failure or vacuum leakage, an optical and an acoustic signal goes off immediately to warn the operator to do emergency operation.
8. The vacuum lifter is equipped with safety tank&Pressure switch warning, when the power is turned off in sudden, always can keep the workpiece not falling down for 15 minutes.
9. The design of vacuum lifter by our company is passed to EU CE 13155 passed.

There are 4 extension arms, numbers of 8 suction pads, dia. 300mm, each suction pad is moveable on the beam, each suction pad can turn off by individual ball valve, each extension arms can take off, if the clients want to handling the glass sheet is small. which can ensure a same equipment can handling the different sizes glass sheet.
11.When vacuum reaches to the specified pressure, vacuum pump automatically stops to achieve energy saving; when vacuum pressure is insufficient, it automatically restarts to achieve vacuum compensation.
Not worried about air leakage and insufficient vacuum, because the lifter is equipped with pressure sensor and vacuum compensation system. When vacuum is not enough, the system automatically senses and resumes operation to keep sufficient vacuum.
